From what I remember Panhellenic uses your core GPA and that would mean that you probably aren't competitive. You have to have a minimum of a 3.0 to be competitive with "bottom tier" houses and at least a 3.2 for middle and top. Having community service might help but probably won't justify offering a bid to a woman with a 2.8. I remember having grade questions before I went through recruitment so I just called Panhellenic. The women were super helpful and could answer all of my questions, so I would try talking to them! Good luck!
