Alpha Chi and Phi Mu are mid tier along with PiPhi and KD. It is really about which one you like best. There isn't one to avoid unless you just didn't get along with them. Best of the bottom imo is AOPi for doing so well as a new house and they have a fabulous house itself. ADPi are a lot of sweet, small town girls. DDD is working hard to improve and has some go-getters. AZD is small but also building a great foundation with their girls.
