Also, to add to the weak recruitment comment, they also think that they can get away with more dirty rushing tactics than other houses. Ex) they "hotbox" PNMs(where more than one member talks to a PNM at once) which is a HUGE no-no for recruitment, but they seem to think they can away with it because they're new to campus and they're desperate to make quota.
