That still doesn't change the fact, that the chapter has had a terribly weak recruitment for the past two years, and that IS the chapters fault – they aren't preparing their girls for recruitment and how to recruit girls. They have a bad attitude and like to pretend that they are above all other sororities. They're pretty girls but they are pretentious as hell
