Panhellenics goal this year was to push and take the negative connotations away from COB, and force more chapters to go through COB. The way they did this was to give the chapters a limit of how many girls they could keep each day. For example, my chapter had to cut about 80% of the girls on the first two days and 60% for the rest of Rush. It's nothing personal, and there were so many great girls that came through recruitment this year. And it's not fair– but the reason why is because of Panhellenic councils agenda
