Obviously whoever wrote the rankings below has no idea. Gamma Phi isn't even close to top 3 and really closer to 6th. Top 5 are: Chi O Pi Phi Theta Kappa KD and then possibly Gamma Phi or Alpha Chi. Gamma Phi does nothing special and are known for well....nothing!
