Ok, I maybe see Theta as a top 3 house but Kappa is not. Kappa hasn't been top 3 at least since I've been here. And they're certainly not ahead of Chi O. Regardless of whether or not Chi O is a good fit for you, they are undeniably the top house. They and Gamma Phi run away with recruitment and those houses easily out compete Kappa and probably Theta too. I'm not saying this because I'm a Chi O or Gamma Phi, just saying it cuz it's the truth.
