Cut rates this year were really high for top houses. I definitely think that attributed to lower quota. My friend at a different university said that if a girl has fewer invites than parties, she has the option to add back some of the houses she earlier dropped. Gives some of these houses a second chance. Also, I second the comment that lower pledge classes affect the houses financially. As a treasurer I can tell you that every house has a minimum they need to pay bills. This year's quota will have rippling affects for the next several years!!
