If girls are so bothered with of what anonymous people say on a website dedicated to gossip and innuendo that they get some "honest guy" to get on and defend them, that is a pretty high level of insecurity and bitterness. My suggestion is to get some new friends who are happy to be in a house with sisters they love and uninterested in whether other people think they're better than XYZ or on the same level as ABC.
