I think there seem to be a misunderstanding on here. Some are arguing that certain houses have good girls and others are arguing that certain houses have top girls. Both things are true. Top houses are ones that are required to release the most girls, in other words, the houses that most girls want after each round. That shows how desirable the house is and what makes it a top house. There are hundreds of girls who will be huge assets to their houses and those houses are rightly proud of their classes. But unless they are one of the two or three houses that are required to release the most girls each year, they are not top houses.
