I agree with that. However– phi mu and AXO can't claim they had an outstanding recruitment and that they competed with top houses on campus for the girls that are beautiful, smart and involved when they took as many grade risks and QMBs as they did. For houses that have such a successful and competitive recruitment – you can even justify taking girls below a 3.3 because return rates are through the roof
