Top houses are Chi O and G Phi - no real controversy but they are very different. The upper mid houses are Theta and Kappa. Both used to be top houses but they've each had problems and have slipped pretty significantly. Theta has been the most active on greekrank, but Kappa had the most problems and didn't make quota last Aug. Still, they do have a past reputation that puts them above the next tier. The middle houses are Zeta, Pi Phi, Alpha Chi, Kappa Delta, and Phi Mu. These houses are incredibly different and each one has problems. Pi Phis would move their house up but other people might even move them down one rank. The lower middle are ADPi, AOPi, Tri Delta and AXiD. Some people have put them as bottom houses, but they are really good and all have some really quality girls.
