Why can't Greek Life be open to anyone? If your frat doesn't want to pledge a "loser" then don't extend a bid. And, get this...maybe the "lower tier" houses might be just fine with where they are. Maybe they are happy with just having a brotherhood and contributing to service/philanthropy and WINNING everything isn't the focus. Just a thought, tho!
