Rec letters definitely help during recruitment, but if you go into a house and you don't have a rec letter, they're not going to automatically cut you just because you don't have one. If you can find one for all of the houses--that's great! But on the other hand, if you're struggling to find a letter for every single house (which a lot of girls usually don't have anyways), it's not going to make or break you. Just be yourself during recruitment, and they're going to love you :) Good luck!
