My boyfriend is a kappa sig. If you want the most honest answer, here it is. Generally, they are a good group of guys. A solid middle-upper middle tier house depending on what is important to you. From what I have heard and seen, there is one big issue: their pledge class diversity. At first diversity seems like a good thing, but kappa sig always recruits such a wide range of people that a problem has arised and hasn't gone away for the last 2 years. There's a divide in the house regarding what the members want kappa sig to be. A group of guys want it to be a show house, while the other group wants it to be a hoco/ party house. This issue makes it so kappa sig cannot improve until there's a consensus on which direction to take the house. To summarize: great guys, fun parties (until they get too crowded to walk through), but just having a slight identity crisis. Definitely meet with some of the guys, but due to the diversity you should easily be able to find a place.
