Beta and SigEp? LOL! Beta is a top tier sorority, bottom teir fraternity. SigEp used to be good, but then they had a member review and kicked out all the cool guys. Farmhouse has never been in contention for being good ever. AGR is pretty good and their house is incredible. It'll take a few years to recover from being kicked off but they'll be fine. SAE isn't screwed, not sure where you got that.
