My house checks everything multiple times before we submit our lists to panhellenic. I'm surprised that Kappa was that careless to leave five girls off their list. In fact, I kind of don't believe it. Sorry. I'm as compassionate as anyone else, but since at pref you send in your entire pref list in the order you want the girls, I don't see how it's even possible to leave five names off.
