It's harder to get picked when you're older and I don't want to see you upset if you don't get in anywhere. The sorority will be making less money from you when you're older unless you're in a 5 or 6 year program. That's why being younger has an advantage. If you really want to go for it and feel like you can then do it! I joined as a sophomore and was apprehensive about it because there were so many freshman!! There were few juniors but some still got bids!
