How about you stop focusing on stupid tiers and rankings and instead focus on finding a house where you feel comfortable? And honestly, 6 out of 8 sororities did spring rush last year so obviously, who does and doesn't have open spring rush is not indicative of how "prestigious" a sorority is. Kappa is thought to be one of the best houses on here and even they did spring recruitment last year. DG has done it 2 years in a row. Just stop caring about what others think and join a house that YOU like.
