Top: Phi Sig- without a doubt the best fraternity on campus, but has the most brutal hazing. Some of the stuff you hear about what happens in the house seems almost unreal. Girls are obsessed with these guys for some reason. Party animals. Sigma Chi- always been one of the most popular houses on campus, but have not been throwing down as much this year. Great SEC-style fraternity with nice guys. Definitely not as rude like Phi Sig. Girls like them a lot. PIKE- overall a pretty well-rounded fraternity and is frequently having socials. They're pretty similar to Sigma Chi but aren't as wild. Nice guys and girls love them. 2nd tier: KA- easily the sickest house on campus with nice guys. The fraternity is sorta average but their nice house keeps them in good standing. TKE- the stereotypical meathead fraternity that is always throwing parties. That's all they do Too lazy to talk about other frats
