Middle: Pike - If only they still had their house next to theta chi.. They could easily be considered top tier without a doubt. Their alumni are some of the nicest people you'll meet. Their house actually was almost rebuilt, however because of WVU culture its not very easy to get a loan to rebuild a multi-million dollar house when there are too many risk factors. (Hazing and Anti-Greek culture) They also kill it in sport philanthropies, well at least they compete is where i am getting at. However, they recently let in 50 plus brothers last year and if you know anything about greek organizations, it creates a lot of problems. Some are kinda strange and not what you expect from PIKE and it creates a power tension between the Majority new brothers and the Minority (power holding) older brothers. Their joint parties are some of the best because of their location and they usually mix well with Theta Chi and Sigma Chi. TKE- Yes the frat that lives in a yellow trailer. TKE is always in questioning of some kind of controversy. They apparently owe a massive debt to either their nationals or for their rent (Probably why they gave so many bids out). They throw some great parties, but they are definitely on WVU's most hated radar, including frat row and the school. They seem to attract trouble, by bringing Pi Kapp to Phi Sig and causing a brawl a couple weeks ago to trying to run up hill against a bunch of angry rich dressed sig chi brothers. They'll be fun to watch while it lasts tho
