On the whole I agree with you. But Idk about Xi having a worse rush than Pi phi. People cling to stereotypes so hard, not to mention that a lot of girls rushing will have older siblings who will tell them the "old" rankings. I really don't see tiers/rankings here for this coming year. Each house has a type that they take, and everyone will end up where they belong.
