I believe out of these frats one frat will become a top tier. all these frats have a "nerdy" reputation. but so did SAE and they were a top tier. I think there can be only one nerdy, good guy, traditional, smart frat that is top tier. so which one do you think will? DTD, Alpha Sig, Sig ep, Sammy, sig nu? these frats will all have a house next semester, although the time they will have a house is contraversial. which frat is most likely to rise to top
