This question is kinda dumb. Honestly, this is WVU we're talking about. We have 8 sororities full of 130+ girls. Despite reputations, each and every sorority has girls who love to party, and girls who hardly ever go out. Every single one. When I went through recruitment, my sorority didn't have a reputation for being a big party house, yet there's several of us, myself included, who go out downtown every weekend. Then you'll have someone like my big who hardly ever goes out except for special occasions. I see groups of girls from every house downtown all the time. Every sorority, minus the few that are on probation, has at least one mixer a month with a fraternity. If you're really serious about joining, then please don't join just to party. A sorority is a HUGE commitment and to even be able to go to socials, you have to go to mandatory events and maintain a good GPA. Most of the girls I know who joined just to party, dropped within a year. Also, like I said before, don't focus on joining "the party house" during recruitment. All houses party about the same and it's a Panhellenic rule that we can't discuss partying during recruitment so nobody will tell you if they party anyway. Just go through recruitment and join where you feel the most comfortable. Going through with a certain house in mind based on reputation is guaranteed to lead to heartbreak.
