They didn't get anything. They got the house because of a decade old agreement. It wasn't like the university sat down and said "ok, they are more deserving than them". They were contractually obligated. SAE will have a house next year, the university owes them one. Contracts were signed, if the university doesn't provide fraternity housing they'll be sued for anti-trust violations.
