Are the majority of St. Pattty's Day parties going to be the weekend prior or will Fraternities have it actually on St. Patrick's Day, Tuesday the 17th? I think if everyone does it on the same day it will be harder for parties to get shutdown. Although I can imagine most people going out during the night to bars Tuesday. Any ideas or answers?
