DTD dues are $500 but likely to rise with the new house in the Fall. I believe Sigma Chi is around $600-$700 which is about average for a Fraternity with a house. The better the house usually means higher dues and it also depends on the insurance costs of the National Fraternity. I'm sure larger national Fraternities such as TKE and Sigma Chi have lower insurance costs. While Fraternities that are smaller Nationally such as SAMMY or Sigma Nu have higher insurance costs.
