What needs to be done is definitely.... 1. A very restrict risk management training that must be required every year for Greeks. 2. Strict disciplinary actions on any (IFC NPC, MGU. NHPC) that violate University and/or Greek Council policies, that would result in removal of recognition. 3. Chapter advisors must be assigned to every Greek Org. and a Greek Advisor Council must be established as well and meet at least 2x a month to discuss issues that are currently happening within each chapter(s). 4. Traveling consultants need to make spot checks, if possible on certain chapter(s) that maybe heading in the wrong direction. 5. IHQ need to make sure their chapter(s) are in compliance with National polices and financial status in good standing 6. ALL HOUSE PARTIES MUST BE REGISTERED WITH THE GREEK LIFE OFFICE AND CAMPUS SECURITY. Those That do not, I semester social suspension. 2nd violation, 1 full year of social suspension and recruitment. These are just some of the items that need to happen going forward. I know these items seem tough, but it is the only to get the message across the Greek Community that the University is NOT going to stand for anymore uncontrolable behavior by Greeks. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!! And it Greeks do not like it, then leave the University. With 75 fraternities under the NIC and 26 Sororities under the NPC, I am sure a few Greeks not present at WVU would love to colonize and have not problem following the rules.
