Hello. I'm a sophomore transfer student who plans on rushing in the fall. I've always wanted to be a member of a sorority, but my old school is very small and greek life is not very big there. I'll be transferring in with a 2.5 GPA which isn't that great but that's because I was going through some very personal things during my first semester. I'm still very serious about my school work though and I plan on studying my butt off this semester to raise my GPA! Well, I was just wondering what the GPA requirements are for each sorority. I have a cousin that goes to WVU and is in a frat and he told me that Chi O and Pi Phi require a 2.0 and I think he said that KKG and DG require a 3.0. I'm only curious about this because I know that with my GPA and being a sophomore transfer, I could get cut very heavily during the first few rounds of recruitment if I don't meet the GPA requirements. So I would just like to know so then I could decide whether to go through in the fall or if I should wait until my GPA is raised and go through in the spring or next fall.
