If Phi is taking girls throughout the year they are continuous open bidding and it is because either they are under house total and/ or girls have dropped. NOT because they don’t see what they liked during formal recruitment. And pledge class size is called quota and isn’t a random number..Panhellenic sets the number to ensure as many girls as possible get a house. Not sure what quota was this year, I’m fifth year but all houses got it the three years prior.
