Go on the WVU Greek life website (it will not let me link it on here). It tells you everything you need to know! A lot of the dates are from last year but registration for recruitment will probably will posted by this fall so keep checking or follow the Twitter/Instagram. They talk about rec letters on here as well! They basically know exactly what you said: Name, age, hometown, major, GPA, and picture. This helps them with keeping track of who is who! Goodluck! :)
