I posted this on a different thread but here: If I were a PNM rushing and ended up going Chi O, Id be worried. There are things flying around the greek community about chi o possibly getting suspended or kicked off of the campus if anything comes about with this lawsuit. Yes, they still get to recruit but that almost wasn’t the case a week ago. I‎t was thought that they wouldn’t be able to. Until this lawsuit is finished is when the possible consequences (or none) will eventually hit chi o. Keep in mind that if you take a bid from them and then Chi O is suspended or kicked out you will not be able to take a bid from a house until one year later. Kind of sucks for older girls, maybe not so much for freshmen...but still. be cautious.
