Were you or were you not initiated? If yes you are a member of that sorority and can choose to affiliate with the chapter at WVU. You cannot go through recruitment and pledge another NPC house. If you were not initiated you go can go through recruitment without any ties to your previous house. There is no need to contact that house unless you want to try and pledge this house again and think it might give you an edge.
