PIKE will be very good if they stop recruiting half scrubs. They pull the quantity over quality card. With the new house alone they will attract more people for rush and parties. Not sure how nice the house is suppose to be on the inside, but it will be 100 times better then what they have now. At the moment the only fraternities that matter are Phi Sig, PIKE, and Theta Chi. Idk what TKE's deal is at the moment, and Sigma Chi is extremely short on brothers. Sigma Chi can bounce back in a year with solid rush, but need to stay out of trouble.
