If you are talking about looks alone maybe...but I see a lot of Kappas who are a bit large and/or plain and a lot of cute girls in every single house PiPhi included. Secondly, if you are looking at sisterhood Phi and Kappa are truly the absolute worst. Third, this is sad if you are a girl and this is all you care about in a house.
