Sigma Nu's house isn't that great. Also Sig chi , phi delt and sig ep's houses aren't on the same level as Phi sig, Sammy, KA houses. But even though Ka's house looks nice, as a "frat" house it sucks. Their party room is so small they use their garage for parties and their back patio is really small also. And they share rooms with lofts across from each other. That must get weird.
