1. Phi Sig- as much as other frats hate them, there is no debate that they are the top house. Biggest d-bags on campus, wicked hazing, but girls love them. 2. Pike/Sigma Chi- both could usually be tied for the second spot, but Sigma Chi is definitely a bit more established. Pike has had a better social scene currently and has nicer guys. Sigma Chi is more #2 and Pike is right behind them. 3. TKE- although they get a bad rep for being the "jersey fraternity'", these guys throw the f down and are pretty popular. Girls like them. 4. Theta Chi- pretty chill guys and I would say they are similar to Pike but just not as well known. Sororities like them. 5. SAE- the friend zone guys
