3.5 is fine. The different sororities are looking for girls that are going to fit best into their organizations, as far as specifics, it varies but basically they're just looking for girls that have good personalities, are going to actively contribute and participate in events, and have enough discipline to do things ranging from showing up to chapter meetings every Sunday to not doing anything stupid that makes them end up on the national news or old row. And if you have friends in sororities and told them you're interest in joining, then yes, they've probably told their recruitment chairs about you and have already looked at your FB, IG, and all your other social media and have made value judgments based on that now. Don't focus on the what-if's though, just focus on being your best during rush week. That's all that matters. You'll end up where you're supposed to end up one way or the other. Good luck PNM!
