Every sorority matches girls to some extent. Maybe not with every girl coming through the door but with some possibly. DG and ASA do it when girls think a sister and a PNM will really hit it off, and Theta and Phi sig does it with like 90% girl coming in(it's really hard to do, most end up just getting matched based on major or where they're from), Sig K does it for legacies and VIPs (girls with letters of recomendation). I really only know this from my friends and roommates in these chapters.
