If you were a girl that dropped out because you didn't get invited back to your "dream house" I'm going to say don't hold your breath about getting a different bid this time. Most girls end up in the same tier the second time around and sororities aren't always forgiving of girls who think they're better than the system. Seriously, if "few options" is code for "I made pre-mature judgements about the houses that wanted me", don't take my following advice: If you truly think you're in a better place this year and have more to offer, just explain that. I'd say something like you rushed last year but realized during the process you needed more time to adjust to college life/find your place before making a commitment.
