Some of the lists on here are so ridiculous, so I thought I would make one that's actually well thought out and unbiased. Top Tier: Sig Nu/Sig Ep>KA SAE>Kappa Sig The top 3 are great all around, girls love Sig Ep, but they don't haze so they're not all that tight. Sig Nu is pretty well-balanced, KA throws down, but are considered by a lot of people to just be douches. Kappa Sig's house is sick but outside that they're average. Middle Tier: Sig Pi>FIJI Pi Kapp/Theta Chi>Phi Psi/DTD KDR Lower Tier: Lamba Chi Alpha Sig/ZBT/DKE AEPi
