AEPi is recolonizing at the University of Delaware. That being said who knows when they will get chartered. After this I doubt there will be any further IFC expansion anytime soon (especially after the recent charter of DKE). Just go out and rush again. It's really not worth it to start a new chapter anyway. You will have graduated by the time anyone in your fraternity gets the same experience people in an established fraternity have.
