I don't doubt at all that it was poor planning on the part of the Greek office, but that doesn't negate the point that UD's sorority community is getting overwhelmed number wise and something needs to be put in place to deal with it, and I don't believe it's fair to deliberately hold back another organization's chance to colonize in order to force girls into organizations they don't want to be a part of. Whether you like their reasons for it or not, there are girls who would rather not join the sororities who are struggling, and that's their personal choice. They deserve a chance to create an experience they DO want to be a part of especially when it makes so much sense to do it given the overflow of girls rushing.
