honestly no one cares. this kid depledged in the fall and got into my fraternity as well as four other ones. another kid I know depledged a lower middle tier frat in the fall and is currently pledging one of the top 3 right now. the point of joining a fraternity is to at least hang out with guys u like, and it's reasonable to depledge if u dont want to blow ~$1000/year to hang out with guys you don't like. just make that clear and keep your mind open.
