It's like when people talk well about another chapter, nobody believes they're outside that chapter... I personally have complimented several other chapters that I like and know guys in who I approve of. I can't be the only one. Personally, I like Phi Psi, they've been doing pretty damn well socially, but besides that they have yet to show their relevance and don't really have much of a presence. That's my opinion.
