I know a lot of (most) girls go into recruitment wanting a top tier, but realistically about 310 of you (assuming pledge classes are around 75-80 like last year) out of 1100 will get the top 4. THE most important thing I can tell you before you go into recruitment is to not purposely be rude to the "lower tiers" during recruitment. If you think it'll help your chances of getting a top tier, IT WONT. All it will do is eliminate your chance of getting called back to those chapters when you get dropped from one of your tops. I cant even try to explain how hurtful it is when PNMs walk in thinking they're better than you and won't even dignify you with having a basic conversation. No one deserves that.
