Phi Psi = Pi Kapp = Lamda Chi (Middle - Bottom Tier) Three fraternities with pretty good reps and nice guys. Never have problems with creepy guys and never are the news floating around campus. But that's their problem. They need something that people wanna talk about. They may throw a banger once in awhile but so do pretty much everyone. They need to be much more consistent. Lamda so far is the one who's trying to take steps with a pretty solid pledge class. Your move Phi Psi and Pi Kapp. Alpha Sig>ZBT>AGR = SPD (Bottom-Tier) Alpha Sig was new last year so while they still are bottom tier now, I have a feeling they will attempt to make some strides in the next couple years. ZBT has probably the nicest guys in greek life. Have been on the rise but need to shake their current rep. AGR and SPD have practically no rep. So they go down here. Off-Campus: Machi (Top-Middle Tier) APES (Middle Tier) PSK (Bottom-Middle Tier) Once the clear-cut #1 fraternity on-campus before kicked off, Sigma Chi is now Machi. Labeled as a "drinking club", this "drinking club" still manages to throw dope parties and mix dages w/SAE and KA. AEPI in their first semester off, they have flourished. 19/19 bids. People love their parties and dages. Lets see how long they last though.PSK is only know for being kicked off. They let guys in and throw a good one once in awhile but they're fizzling fast.
