I don't have an exact percentage but I can tell you from observations that most girls who genuinely stick it out all the way through rush, dont act like a snob to the chapters they don't want, and maximize their options and have good grades (at least a 3.00 or higher) and don't have a bad name for themselves (stealing a fraternity's composite for example...) all will be extended a bid. Girls who have done this and say they got cut usually didn't like the chapter who they got a bid from or were kidding themselves with their GPA.
