At least a 3.0. Having a GPA below a 3.0 will definitely hurt you with most sororities. Then again, if you look at the CAP reports for sororities, Alpha Phi and Phi Sig's pledge class average GPA was well in the 2s. But mostly for the others, 3.0 is best. ADPi and AZD cut very hard for grades.
