no. pledge classes are based on the number of girls left during the last round of recruitment. If 1100 girls sign up for rush, and stay till the last round, then "quota" is 100 girls, since we have 11 sororities. But say half of those girls drop out (and not get cut my all the chapters because that seriously never happens. if a girl ever tells you that happened to her, she is lying because she only had sororities she didnt want to join left on her invite list.) then take the 550 girls left in rush and divide by 11, that's 50 girls per chapter.
